This includes extraction and translation — our models can process documents written in local scripts and return accurate structured data in the user’s preferred language. At Staple AI, every field we extract is backed by a confidence score, source reference, and a full decision lineage. This means you can always see where the data came from (down to the PDF line or image crop), which model processed it, and how it was verified. On top of that, our platform runs real-time validation against master data, tax rules, and business logic. For example, if a GST number doesn’t match the vendor name or if a subtotal doesn’t add up, Staple AI can flag it before it enters your ERP. This ensures not just accuracy — but auditability.
