Deliver Staple
Deliver Staple as part of your implementations, turning the messy first mile into clean, reconciled data inside your customer's core systems. Most ERP, finance, procurement, and compliance projects do not fail on the system. They fail on the messy data feeding it. Staple handles the first mile so your implementations land, your automations actually run, and your customers see value faster. This is the delivery side of the partner ecosystem, for the firms that scope, build, integrate, and in many cases operate document-driven processes for enterprise clients.
Why The First Mile Decides The Project
A finance-transformation or ERP program can be configured perfectly and still disappoint, because the invoices, receipts, statements, and fapiao entering the system arrive in formats it cannot use cleanly. When that happens, the automations you built stall, exceptions pile up, and the client remembers the go-live as the moment the manual work started rather than stopped. Owning the first mile with Staple removes that failure mode: documents are extracted, validated, reconciled, and mapped to the client's master data before they reach the system you delivered, so the value you promised shows up in production.
Two Ways To Deliver
Implementation Partners configure, integrate, and deploy Staple as the first-mile data layer for the platforms they implement, and hand over a working, auditable deployment. Consulting and Managed Services Partners go further, building a Staple practice as a new line of business with recurring services revenue, and often running the document process for the client as a managed service. The first stands the capability up; the second advises around it and can operate it. Many partners do both, implementing for one client and running managed operations for another.
Proof In Delivery
BeOne Solutions deploys Staple alongside SAP Business One. For a world-leading automotive manufacturer, BeOne and Staple automated English and Korean invoice interpretation and three-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, posting reconciled data straight into SAP Business One and removing a manual translation-and-entry step from every document. On Yonyou, a global construction leader based in Singapore, processing 5,000 to 8,000 delivery orders a month with stamps, handwriting, and loosely structured tables a legacy OCR tool could not read, reached 99.31 percent capture accuracy and cut processing time by 70 percent. These are delivery-led outcomes: a partner put Staple into the client's platform, and the client got a measurable result. In both cases the number the client cared about, accuracy on documents a previous tool could not read, or time removed from a monthly process, was something the delivery partner could point to as its own outcome.
A Repeatable Practice, Not One-Off Projects
Because the first-mile layer is the same across SAP, Yonyou, Oracle, and Dynamics deployments, a delivery partner builds a reusable capability rather than reinventing document processing on each engagement. Once certified, your team applies a proven pattern and configures it to the client's document mix and destinations, which shortens delivery, raises margin, and makes each new engagement look like the last one. As document volume grows and new jurisdictions add e-invoicing requirements, existing accounts naturally expand in scope, more document types, more entities, more countries, giving a delivery practice a pipeline inside its current client base.
Defensible Deployments
What you hand over is auditable, not a black box. Staple records a per-field audit trail of source, model version, and reviewer, and versions its extraction and validation rules, so any value can be traced to the logic that produced it. That makes a deployment defensible in regulated industries and cuts the support burden that usually follows a go-live, because questions about how a figure was produced have a direct answer. Delivered data can carry a signed Metastructured Data record, so it stays verifiable as it flows into downstream systems.
How Staple Supports You
Technical enablement and implementation certification, recurring services revenue across the full deployment lifecycle, solution and architecture support from Staple's team on live engagements, and deal registration and governance so engagements stay clean as your practice scales. Staple also carries the moving parts your methodology should not have to absorb, adding tax-authority connections and updating validation as e-invoicing mandates roll out, so your delivery teams focus on the client rather than on tracking regulation. That division keeps your certification current without your firm having to become a tax-compliance specialist in every market you deliver into.
Scope
Staple provides the product, certification, and technical support and acts as the first-mile engine and trust layer. You lead the delivery and own the client relationship. Choose Implementation Partners to stand up deployments, or Consulting and Managed Services Partners to build a practice and run managed operations.
