CIO/CTO & Digital Transformation

Technology leaders inherit a patchwork of country-specific document tools, custom integrations, and manual processes that resist consolidation. Each new entity, country, or mandate adds another point solution, and the integration surface grows faster than the team maintaining it. Staple replaces that patchwork with one first-mile platform that handles ingestion, extraction, verification, reconciliation, and delivery across every entity, language, and format your enterprise produces.

The Consolidation Problem Technology Leaders Face

Document processing is rarely on the IT roadmap, but it blocks everything that depends on clean data: ERP migrations, shared-service buildouts, automation programs, and AI initiatives. Legacy tools are embedded in local processes, and replacing them one at a time creates years of parallel running. Staple replaces the processing layer without replacing the systems around it, connecting through pre-built SAP ERP modules, Yonyou BIP and OA integrations, Oracle, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, RPA platforms, and a native API, with no middleware required.

One Platform Across Entities And Countries

Deploy one platform that processes documents across 300+ languages with native support for Asian scripts: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese. Translation happens inside extraction, not as a separate pre-step, and both the original source-language value and the normalized value are retained. One platform means one thing to secure, one thing to monitor, and one integration pattern to reuse, instead of a different local tool to inherit in every market.

Pre-Built Enterprise Integrations

Three pre-built SAP ERP modules cover SAP Concur, listed on the SAP App Center across 60 countries, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba, alongside SAP Business One. Yonyou BIP ties invoice ingestion to goods receipt, completes data from related documents, adds a review-document step, and submits back into the ERP in a closed loop; Yonyou OA provides unified intake, automatic classification, and routing into the right process. Staple also integrates with Oracle, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and RPA platforms through the API, so the connectors already exist for the systems your enterprise runs.

Data Residency Enforced At The Infrastructure Level

Four regional environments, in Singapore, the EU, the US, and China, enforce residency at the egress boundary. Data tagged to a region is physically blocked from leaving it; this is infrastructure, not a configuration flag or a contractual clause. Role-based access control governs who views raw documents, who can access search, and which documents a user can see, so residency and access are properties of the platform rather than promises in a contract.

AI-Ready Outputs With Evidence

Every extraction carries per-field confidence scores, a complete audit trail, and versioned model references. Outputs are structured, verified, and ready for downstream AI systems to act on, with the provenance chain intact, and ISO 42001 certification for AI management systems supports the explainability requirements those systems increasingly have to meet. For a transformation leader building toward automation and AI, that means the data layer feeding those programs is trustworthy by construction rather than cleaned up later.

Trust That Travels Into Downstream Systems

Because a value can carry a signed Metastructured Data record of its source, confidence, and residency, the guarantees do not stop at Staple's boundary. Data flowing into an ERP, a warehouse, an agent, or a partner system remains independently verifiable, which is exactly the property an architecture leader wants when data crosses services and vendors. It turns integrity from something enforced inside one system into something that survives the whole pipeline.

Self-Serve Configuration

No-code configuration lets business teams define document types, fields, line-item headers, data types, queue rules, validation logic, set-values, and routing without developer involvement, and a self-serve data mapper builds lookup rules such as vendor name to vendor code and assigns them to a queue. That keeps the platform off the critical path of every small change, so IT is not the bottleneck each time a business unit adds a document type. That self-serve boundary is deliberate: the platform is configurable by the business where it should be, and locked down by IT where it must be, rather than forcing every change through a development queue.

Proven In Production

A global investment bank with more than 12.8 billion dollars in revenue, 17,000 employees, and operations in five countries eliminated more than 800 document templates and reached 99.6 percent accuracy at 3 to 6 seconds per document, integrated via API and SSO across back and middle office. foodpanda, operating in 11 countries in Southeast Asia, processes more than 750,000 documents a year across five languages, matched three ways and integrated with warehouse management, at 97.99 percent accuracy and with no additional hires as volume grew.
