Enterprise Integrations

Large enterprises do not want another platform to integrate. They want their document data to appear inside the systems they already operate, correctly mapped, without a services project every time. Staple connects directly to those systems and delivers verified data into them, with no middleware layer in between.

SAP ERP And The Wider SAP Product Family

Staple is SAP's one-stop partner for global invoice processing, from extraction through e-invoicing and reconciliation. It provides pre-built SAP ERP modules plus native connections to SAP Concur, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba. Invoice and expense data is validated and mapped before it reaches the ERP, so postings do not fail on missing or mismatched master data. See the SAP integration page for detail.

SAP Concur, Across Markets And Tax Regimes

For SAP Concur, Staple automates both expense and invoice capture and enforces country-specific tax rules as part of the flow. Employees stop hand-keying identifiers such as China Fapiao IDs, submissions arriving as mixed PDFs and photos are normalized, and each document is validated against the local tax authority, for example Fapiao in China and CFDI e-invoices in Mexico, before it clears the Concur approval process. Field mapping, line-item handling, and oversized-file handling are configured per deployment.

Yonyou BIP And Yonyou OA

As a Yonyou Business Partner, Staple integrates with Yonyou BIP and Yonyou OA. On BIP, invoice ingestion is tied to goods receipt and inbound records, data is completed from related documents, a review-document step lets a user confirm the business result, and the data is submitted back into the ERP in a closed loop. On OA, documents are taken in, classified by type, routed to the right process, and extracted into OA-ready data, with an extensible model so new document types reuse the same foundation.

Oracle, Coupa, And RPA

Staple also integrates with Oracle, Coupa, and robotic process automation platforms, and exposes native API and agentic integrations for anything not covered by a pre-built connector.

Master Data Mapping Before Delivery

Delivery is only as good as the mapping behind it. Staple normalizes suppliers, currencies, dates, and units, and enriches values against your master data using fuzzy and semantic matching, with multi-field checks such as vendor name plus tax ID, so a vendor name resolves to the correct vendor code and a posting does not fail in SAP. This uses the same self-serve data mapper available in no-code configuration, so a business user can build a lookup rule without a developer.

Resolved Against The Destination, Not Just Normalized

Mapping does not stop at cleaning the value; it resolves the value against the target system's own records before posting. A destination such as SAP Concur expects a vendor identifier paired with a specific address code that already exists on its side, and it will not correct a payload for you. Staple performs the lookup against the destination, and where a single vendor holds several address records, it can select the right one by matching a field captured from the document, for example the bank account on the invoice, so the invoice posts against the correct remittance address instead of defaulting to whichever record was returned first. That destination-aware step is what separates a delivery that reconciles on arrival from an export a downstream team has to repair.

Delivered Into Any Environment

Verified data flows into all SAP environments, to tax authorities, and over the PEPPOL network, where Staple is an accredited Access Point, or in whatever generic format your system expects, CSV, XML, JSON, or TXT. It is delivered over the Connect and Operate API or as a webhook event, and every transaction and change is tracked for audit. Full request and response detail is in the API documentation.

Regional By Design

Staple runs data centers in Singapore, Germany, the United States, and China, so enterprise data can be processed and held in the region a jurisdiction requires, with residency enforced at the egress boundary rather than left to a configuration flag.

What Enterprise Integrations Does Not Do

Staple maps and delivers data into your ERP and finance systems. It is not itself an ERP, and it does not require a separate integration or iPaaS platform to sit between Staple and your system of record.

Proven In Production

A world-leading automotive manufacturer processing English and Korean invoices into SAP Business One had a manual translation-and-entry step on every document. Staple extracted and matched invoices three ways against purchase orders and goods receipts and delivered them into SAP Business One, removing the manual step entirely. Across deployments, Staple runs for Fortune 100 companies and global financial institutions in 60 countries at a 100% deployment success rate.
