Featured Partners

Platforms and implementation partners build on Staple's document compliance engine to give their customers clean, audit-ready data from the first document. This page shows what that looks like in practice, across the enterprise platforms Staple already runs behind and the partners who deliver it.

SAP

Staple is the first-mile data layer for the SAP stack, and positions as SAP's one-stop partner for global invoice processing, from extraction through e-invoicing and reconciliation. SAP App Center-certified modules extract, reconcile, and post clean data into SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, and SAP Ariba across 60 countries, with no middleware in between and with each value resolved against the destination's master data before it posts. A Fortune 500 consumer goods company with 8,000 users in China eliminated manual expense-claim processing by integrating Staple with SAP Concur and validating e-invoices against the local tax authority, and a global technology leader in semiconductors runs VAT and SST compliance across China and Malaysia through the same integration. The relationship is recognized with the SAP Concur Award 2026, Innovation Partner 2023, and Distinguished Partner 2022.

Yonyou

As a Yonyou Business Partner, Staple powers document processing across Yonyou BIP and Yonyou OA, and provides a standardized adapter for the Yonyou NC ecosystem. On BIP, Staple handles ingestion, enrichment, a business-confirmation review step, and closed-loop posting into the ERP; on OA, documents are taken in, classified, routed, and extracted into OA-ready data. A global construction leader based in Singapore, processing 5,000 to 8,000 delivery orders a month with stamps and handwriting a legacy OCR tool could not read, reached 99.31 percent capture accuracy and cut processing time by 70 percent.

BeOne Solutions

BeOne Solutions deploys Staple alongside SAP Business One. When a world-leading automotive manufacturer scaled on SAP Business One, BeOne and Staple automated English and Korean invoice extraction and three-way matching, posting reconciled data straight into the ERP and removing a manual translation-and-entry step from every document. It is a clean example of an implementation partner and Staple delivering a combined outcome neither would ship alone.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Staple also delivers into Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, collecting overseas supplier invoices from email, extracting the agreed data, and making the structured results available to D365 through a defined integration. For a global heavy-vehicle manufacturer, that meant overseas invoices captured and posted without manual entry, on the same first-mile engine that feeds the SAP and Yonyou deployments. For a partner in the Microsoft ecosystem, that is a way to add enterprise document capture to a D365 practice without building extraction or an integration layer in-house.

Embedded And ISV Partners

Not every partner resells or implements; some embed. A European KYC technology provider embeds Staple's extraction to onboard new document types, proof of address, bank statements, utility bills, and payslips, across multiple languages with no code, and takes the combined solution to its own customers behind its own interface. That is the embedded pattern: the partner owns the product and the customer relationship, and Staple runs the verified first mile underneath. See Embedded and ISV Partners.

What These Partners Have In Common

Across every one of these relationships, the partner keeps its platform, its brand, and its customer, and Staple supplies the capability that would otherwise take years to build and maintain: extraction across 300+ languages, tamper detection, cross-source reconciliation, accredited e-invoicing, and a signed audit trail. The proof points differ by sector, but the shape is the same, a partner extends its offering with enterprise document-to-data it did not have to build, and its customers get data that is clean and defensible from the first document.

The commercial model matches the technical one. Depending on the track, a partner can co-sell into an account, resell Staple with margin under its own paper, refer an opportunity and earn on the close, or embed the engine and take a combined product to market. In every case Staple brings enablement, a defined security and support model, and joint roadmap governance, so the partner is extending a supported platform rather than reselling a black box. That is why these relationships scale into repeatable practices instead of one-off projects: the second and third customer look like the first, and the partner keeps the account.

Recognition

Staple's partnership track record is recognized with the SAP Concur Award 2026, SAP Innovation Partner 2023, and SAP Distinguished Partner 2022, alongside deployments for Fortune 100 companies and global institutions in 60 countries at a 100 percent deployment success rate.
