If you purchased, we’ll provision your Staple workspace and confirm admin access.
3. Onboarding
We’ll share recommended setup steps, sample data packs, and best-practice guides for first use
4. Billing
If applicable, billing will occur through Google Marketplace under your selected plan.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder and verify that the Google account used in Marketplace matches your work email. If you still can’t find it, email support@staple.io.
We purchased with the wrong domain/account.
No problem. Contact support@staple.io with the correct domain and we’ll help migrate the subscription.
How do I add more users?
Once your workspace is provisioned, an admin can invite users from Settings → Users. We’ll include a link in your confirmation email.
