Check your spam/junk folder and verify that the Google account used in Marketplace matches your work email. If you still can’t find it, email support@staple.io.

How do I add more users?
Once your workspace is provisioned, an admin can invite users from Settings → Users. We’ll include a link in your confirmation email.
